It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that the maximum
sentence of one year has been awarded by the trial court. The
appellant was on bail during pendency of the trial, he has not misused
the liberty of bail.
Let the appellant Neeraj Kumar Rai convicted in S.T. No. 76 of 2009
arising out of Case Crime No. 531-A/ 2007 under sections 323/34, 504,
506 304 I.P.C., Police Station Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar,
Bhadohi be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two
heavy sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court
concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the
appeal
