09. 18.04.2011 In compliance of the orders of this Court

dated 7.4.2011 the authorities of the Water Resources

Department are present. They require further one week

time to file supplementary counter affidavit placing on

record the stand of the State Government, which is

required to be executed for protection of Sanskrit

College and other areas which is not protected by

Chanpura Bandh.

Put up on 25.4.2011 maintaining its position

in the same list. It is made clear that if supplementary

counter affidavit is filed by that date, the officers need

not be present before this Court.
