Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the
opposite party no.2.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has filed an application along
with the medical certificate and prescription and states that opposite party
no.2 is bed ridden on account of paralytic attack as such bailable warrant
issued against him may be withdrawn. He further states that opposite party
no.2 is no more Secretary of the Society and in his place Sri Rajendra Sharma
has joined as Secretary.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the order dated 24.5.2010 is hereby recalled.

List this petition before appropriate Bench for orders.
