counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 21.07.2011 in

connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections

406, 379, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and taking into

account the period of custody, let the petitioners named above be

released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection

with Ekma P.S. Case No. 92 of 2011.
