It has been brought to our notice by Sri Mohit Dubey, learned counsel
appearing on behalf of the appellant that against the same order two
special appeals have been filed of which one case has been
nominated by Hon’ble the Chief Justice to the Bench presided over by
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhushan and the other nominated to the
Bench over by one of us (R.K. Agrawal, J.). It will be appropriate in the
interest of justice that both the matters be heard by the same Bench.

Let the papers be placed before Hon’ble the Chief Justice for
nominating the Bench.
