                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this court with certain

grievances regarding Exts.P2 and P3 in the matter of sanctioning

of loans. In view of the intervening developments, in case the

petitioner has still any grievance left, petitioner may move the

Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
