The petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the next
higher authority against the appellate order.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the
petitioner to file a representation/revision within 15 days from
today. In case the petitioner file the representation/revision the
same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority
as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three
months from the date of filing of the same.
