                         J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 is an application made by the petitioner for revision

of timings in respect of his stage carriage bearing Regn.No. KL-

8/U.8753. Orders have not been passed on the said application

and therefore this writ petition is filed.

Taking note of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2,

as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 3 months of

production of a copy of this judgment.
