                             J U D G M E N T

Petitioner has preferred Exhibit P4 appeal before the

statutory authority namely the 4th respondent herein against

Exhibit P1. He has produced Exhibit P5 convincing payment of

1/3rd of the amount demanded by Exhibit P1.

2. In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the

4th respondent to consider and dispose of Exhibit P4 appeal,

expeditiously, giving an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner.

Till then, there will be a stay of collection of the balance amount.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
