                            JUDGMENT

It is submitted that in the re-auction that was held on

22.3.2010, there was no bidders for item No.3 in the auction

notice, for which the petitioner was the highest bidder in the first

auction. It is also stated that in view of the above, the auction

has been confirmed in favour of the petitioner. Submission is

recorded and the writ petition is closed.
