                              JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that steps are

being taken today. However, learned counsel Government

Pleader states that the order issued by the respondent, which is

the foundation of this contempt of court case, is being withdrawn

with immediate effect and that proceedings will follow in terms

of the judgment in W.P(C).28426/07. The respondents should, at

least now, note that the judgment was in favour of a senior

citizen who would desire to seek the fruit of her litigation at the

earliest. The contempt case is closed.
