5 10.07.2008 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned

counsel for the State in respect of prayer of the appellant for

bail. The lower court records have been received.

It has been submitted that the informant, who is the son

of the deceased is the sole eye witness and it is doubtful that he

would have been spared by several accused persons if he was

present near the place of occurrence. Considering that the

allegation of firing and causing death is attributed to this

appellant, his prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
