Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has
been released on bail in all the cases shown in the gang chart and that he will
not misuse his liberty if he is released on bail.
Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced and the fact that the
applicant has already been released in all the cases shown in the gang chart,
the applicant is entitled for bail. The applicant is behind the bar since 24-10-
2009.
Let the applicant Ashok Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 544 of 2009
under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention)
Act, 1986, Police Station Kasganj District Kanshiram Nagar be enlarged on
bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the
like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following
conditions :-
1. The applicant will not tamper with the evidence during the trial.
2. The applicant will not pressurise/ intimidate the prosecution witnesses.
3. The applicant shall report to the court concerned in the first week of every
two months apart from other dates fixed.
In case of breach of any of the above conditions, the court below shall be at
liberty to cancel the bail of the applicant.
