04. 07.04.2011 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that order

dated 12.01.2011 was complied with by depositing a sum of

Rs.8000/- in court below on 24.02.2011. A supplementary

affidavit has been filed to this effect which is kept at Flag B.

Let notices in the limitation matter as well as the

main matter be issued to O.P.No.2, for which requisites etc.

under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process

must be filed within a week, failing either of which the petition

shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
