Issue notice to the respondents, who may file counter affidavit.

Steps be taken by registered post within ten days. 

Office shall issue notices returnable at an early date. 

List for admission on the date fixed by the office in the notice.

Considering the facts and circumstances, respondents are restrained 
from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the 
suit property. 

It is being made clear that pendency of the writ petition and the order 
passed   herein   shall   not   stand   in   the   way   of   the   trial   court   in 
proceeding with the suit.
