2 01/12/2010 Order of termination or dismissal passed against

petitioner is dated 27.05.1993 (annexure-2). Merely

because some of those removed persons came before this

Court and an order was passed setting up a Committee to

look into the matter, it does not mean that the petitioner

can be allowed to agitate the matter after 17 years.

This writ application is dismissed due to laches

and delay.
