02. 13.12. 2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that he has removed the defect No. 14 regarding

putting of seal in the Vakalatnama. Learned counsel

says that he will remove the defect Nos.15 & 16 as

pointed out vide office report dated 06.12.2010. He

is directed to remove the defects within a week.
