counsel for the State.

Deceased went on call of this petitioner at 7.30 pm.

Thereafter, his dead body is recovered. There was enmity in between

co-accused, Antu Yadav and Bishundeo Yadav with the deceased.

Petitioner has been shown in camp of Antu Yadav and Bishundeo

Yadav.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
