Save and except confession made by this

petitioner before the Police, there is no

material against him.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case as well as submission

of the parties, the above named petitioner is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S. Case No. 58

of 2011.
