Learned Standing Counsel states that a modification application
has been filed on 27.5.2010 for modification of the order dated
21.5.2010 that is not on record. Sri S.K. Yadav also states that he
has filed impleadment application on 8.7.2010 that is also not on
record.

Office is directed to trace out these applications and place it on
record.

Put up/list this case on 16.7.2010.

Learned Chief Standing Counsel is requested to assist the Court in
support of the modification application. In the meantime counter
affidavit, if any, may be filed.
