Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. 
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 
2.12.2009 whereby the application filed by the applicants has been 
disposed of with a direction that the suicidal note shall be summoned 
and shall be kept in record. There is no illegality in the impugned 
order, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
