Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The betel nuts, in question, shall be released in favour of the
petitioner, who is owner of the same, on furnishing a solvent security for a sum of
Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lacs) and further, on furnishing ‘No Dues Certificate’
from the Sales Tax Authorities of the area to the satisfaction of the trial court (J.M.,
01st Class, Hazaribagh) in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 144 of 2010
corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1767 of 2010.

The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
