This
passed the following order on 28th January 2008:-

Learned
advocates jointly pray for time to ascertain the latest position of
proceedings before BIFR. The same shall be filed by way of
supplemental affidavit by the petitioners within a period of 10 days
from today.

Matter
to be circulated after the affidavit is filed.

No
supplementary affidavit is filed despite the directions of this
Court. However, keeping in view the fact that the matter is very
old, the matter shall be listed on the Board for final hearing on
27th September 2010.
