Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel informs that
pursuant to the order passed by the writ court on 24th of May,
2010 disobedience of which has been claimed, the petitioner’s
case has been considered and he has been permitted to take
training in B.T.C. Training Course along with current batch.
He has placed the decision taken on 30.06.2010 by the
Principal, District Education and Training Institute,
Sultanpur, which is taken on record.

In the light of the aforesaid decision, I hereby dismiss the
contempt petition and discharge the contempt notice.
