wrongly listed on 18.01.2010. On 1st February 2010 another report
has been submitted by the office stating that previous office report
dated 16.01.2010 is again put up for orders. This goes to show total
non application of mind by the office. The concerned officer may
submit explanation within two weeks.

List again after two weeks.
