                         J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is due to retire from service on 31.3.2010.

He asked for a posting in three stations near to his home

station as per Ext.P2. Ext.P2 shall be considered by the

respondent and appropriate orders passed keeping in

mind the fact that the petitioner is due to retire from

service on 31.3.2010, within two weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
