. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as the

allegation levelled against the petitioner that the petitioner shot dead the deceased

and that the trial appears to be at the verge of its conclusion, I am not inclined to

grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, taking into consideration the period of custody and

that only one witness is to be cross-examined, let the trial be expedited so as to be

concluded within six months.
