On behalf of the Respondent, the following were present:

(ii) Shri Pankaj Das,
(iii) Shri K. Badri Narayan
2. On behalf of the Appellant, Sri Dalbir Singh was present. The
Respondent was present in the Chandigarh studio of the NIC. We heard their
submissions. We also carefully considered the RTI application as well as the
reply of the CPIO. Out of the several queries made by the Appellant, we find
that the reply to the queries at 3 and 4 has not been adequately given.
Therefore, we direct the CPIO to provide to the Appellant within 10 working
days from the receipt of this order the desired information against these two
queries along with the photocopy of the relevant records, if any. The case is,
thus, disposed off.
3. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
