Let the aforesaid case diary of S.K.Puri P.S. Case no.
14/2010 be returned with direction to the concerned court to send the
case diary of S.K.Puri P.S. Case no. 44 of 2010 within ten days from
the date of receipt of this order.
Similarly, let reminder be issued to the S.P, Patna for
sending the antecedent report of petitioner-Neeraj Kumar who is
accused in S.K.Puri P.S. Case no.44/2010 positively within a week
from the date of receipt of this order.
