                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed this writ petition at a time when despite

having been included as the first rank holder in the rank list prepared

for appointment to the post of swimming coach, the petitioner has not

been appointed.

Today, the learned standing counsel for the Sports Council

produces before me order No.KSSC/B1/12186/2007-10 dated

4.1.2011, as per which, the petitioner has been appointed as a

swimming coach. This is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
