3. 19.10.2011 Call for a report from the Superintendent of Police,

Gaya as to why the prosecution witnesses in connection with

S.Tr.No. 117/2011 arising out of Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 93/2005

have not been produced despite issuance of non-bailable warrant

of arrest against the prosecution witnesses. Such report of the

Superintendent of Police, Gaya must be received by this Court

within a period of four weeks.

List this case immediately after receipt of the report.
