Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

In the impugned order, the trial judge has observed that injury find on the
body of the injured was grievious in nature. It is a gun shot injury and
thereore charge under section 307 IPC is well merited.

There is no reason to quash the impugned order dated 10.3.2010 passed by
Addl. District Judge, F.T.C. No. 5, Hathras in S.T.No. 321 of 2009, State Vs.
Ram Vilas.

The application is meritless and is dismissed.
