respondent Nagar Nigam.

Sri Gupta has made a statement before this Court that the claim of the
petitioner shall be finalised and the amount if due in accordance with
law shall be released in favour of the petitioner within two months from
today.

Let the claim of the petitioner be finalised and the amount if any shall be
