The appellant was promoted on a post against the claim of
respondent no.5, who was the seniormost teacher. The learned
Single Judge found the reason given by respondent no.2 for
promotion of respondent no.5 and the direction in that regard
relevant and, accordingly, dismissed the writ petition with a
direction to the competent officer.

We find no reason for interference.

Appeal stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
