                               JUDGMENT

Delay in considering Ext.P2 application for renewal

is what is complained of by the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that the matter is already scheduled to be

considered on 18.8.2008.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is

disposed of directing that the RTA shall consider and pass

orders on Ext.P2 application expeditiously.
