J U D G M E N T
The petitioners were empanelled conductors of the Kerala State
Road Transport Corporation. Their grievance in this writ petition is that
arrears of salary due to them have not been paid. Petitioners 1 to 5
have filed Exts.P4 to P4(d) representations before the 3rd respondent
and the 6th petitioner has filed Ext.P4(e) representation before the 1st
respondent in this regard. They seek a direction to consider and pass
orders thereon expeditiously.
2. I have heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for
the Corporation also.
3. I am of opinion that all the representations shall be
considered by the 1st respondent. Accordingly, I dispose of this writ
petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass
appropriate orders on Exts.P4 to P4(e) representations, as
expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within month from the date of
receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
