By filing this petition, petitioners seek quashing of First
Information Report No.187 dated August 9th, 2000 (Annexure P4) under
Sections218,420,467,468 and 471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Police
Station City Moga.

Learned State counsel has stated that prosecution has already
filed the report for cancellation of the case. So, present petition be
dismissed as infructuous.

It is ordered accordingly.
