ORAL ORDER

Mr
Pahwa for the applicants states that irrespective of the outcome of
this application, the applicants are ready to pay the amount at the
rate of Rs.2,601/- per sq. mtr. to the Government and that the said
amount will be paid within a period of one and a half years and in
the meantime, the applicants will also pay interest at such rate as
may be considered reasonable by this Court.

The
hearing of this application is now fixed on 1st September,
2006.

Ad-interim
relief granted earlier shall continue till then.
