Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

This application has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to
restore the possession of the applicant and also direct them to return the goods
of the applicant.

This is too old matter in which no interim order has been passed. It is not
proper to pass any order at this stage. Therefore, the prayer made by the
learned counsel for the applicant is hereby refused.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
