ORDER

The
registry has placed this matter, because, office objection has not
removed by petitioner in time. In respect to respondent Nos.1 and 11,
notice remained unserved as they are not residing at the given
address. In respect to respondent No.9, also notice remained unserved

– expired. No effective steps have been taken for serving the
notice and no application is preferred for bringing legal heirs of
respondent No.9 on record. The matter is of 1999 and still remains
for want of removing office objections by petitioner and no effective
steps have been taken by petitioner in between. Therefore, registry
has placed this matter for orders.

In
view of this, let petitioner may remove office objections as referred
above or before 10 th
December 2010,
failing which, matter will stand dismissed in default without
reference to this Court.
