learned counsel for the State.

Stolen pumping set and its ‘Patta’ is found kept

in petitioner’s house (Gawasa), but petitioner remained in

custody since 27.02.2011.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in

connection with Turkaulia P. S. Case No.156 of 2010.
