Facts arising from the Complaint:
        Dr. Naresh Kumar Choubey filed an RTI application with the PIO, MCD, Civil
Lines Zone, New Delhi on 09/05/2011 asking for certain information. However on not
having received the complete information within the mandated time, the Complainant
filed a complaint under Section 18 of the RTI Act with the Commission. On this basis,
the Commission issued a notice to the PIO, O/o the Assistant Commissioner, Civil Lines
Zone, New Delhi on 09/08/2011 with a direction to provide the information to the
Complainant and further sought an explanation for not furnishing the information within
the mandated time.

        The Commission received a letter dated 08/09/2011 from the Respondent PIO
stating that the information has been provided to the Complainant vide letter 14/06/2011,
copy of which was enclosed alongwith its enclosures. Further, the Commission received a
copy of letter dated 29/08/2011 vide which the Respondent has resent the information in
compliance with the Commission's direction. On perusal of the information it appears
that complete information has been provided to the Complainant.

Decision:
The Complaint is disposed off.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
