ORAL ORDER

Mr.Parthiv
B. Shah, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has filed this
note for speaking to minutes. He has submitted that while passing the
order on 26.3.2010 in the concluding para this Court has observed
that it is open for the petitioner to apply for electricity
connection to the Gujarat Electricity Board. However, since
electricity connection is there, there is no question of making any
application to the Electricity Board and hence the said words be
substituted by apply for renewal of license before respondent
authority .

Office
is directed to carry out this correction in the order passed by this
Court on 26.3.2010. This note for speaking to minutes is accordingly
disposed off.
