It is stated by Mr. Koshti, learned advocate for
respondents that time be granted for filing affidavit in
reply. It is stated by Mr. C.K.Kothari for Mr.
C.L.Soni, learned advocate for the petitioner that in the
meantime, the proposal given by the respondent for
amicable settlement would be considered. Let, affidavit
in reply be filed within one week with advance copy to
learned advocate to the petitioner. Rejoinder, if any,
within one week thereafter. To come up on 17/12/2002.
Ad-interim relief granted granted earlier to continue
till then.
