ORDER

It
is represented by Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government
Pleader, that the order dated 13.12.2010, for the implementation of
which the petitioner has filed the present petition, is under
challenge in Special Civil Application No.3043 of 2011, pending
before the Division bench.

In
view of the fact that the petitioner is praying for implementation of
order dated 13.12.2010, is the subject-matter of challenge before the
Division Bench, it would be appropriate if both the petitions are
heard together, in order to avoid conflicting decisions. The Registry
may take appropriate action in this regard.
