ORDER

In
connection with the offence in question charge-sheet is filed. Hence,
the applicant shall be at liberty to apply afresh for bail before the
concerned trial Court, if trial is not completed within a period of
ONE YEAR from the date of
this order and if such application is being preferred by the
applicant, then, it shall be decided on merits without being
influenced by the order passed by this Court.

In
view of the above observation, Mr. Raval, learned Advocate for the
applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission
as prayed for is granted. The application stands disposed of as
withdrawn.
