way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to
the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners
under the government policy. It is contended by the petitioners
that despite the assurance given in the Swagat Programme, the
respondents are directed to decide the application within four weeks
from the date of receipt of writ of this Court in accordance with
law.
