A W A R D
Wife Smt.Shiny and husband Mr.Shanavas and their
counsel are present. After lengthy discussions, parties
have agreed to settle all the disputes between them in the
following manner. The husband Shanavas will pay an amount
of Rs.1,90,000/- (Rupees One lakh ninety thousand only) and
the maintenance arrears of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty
thousand only) to the respondent Smt.Shiny in full
settlement of all the disputes. Out of this, an amount of
Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifteen thousand only), which
includes arrears of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand
only) will be paid to Smt.Shiny on or before 07.04.2010 by
Demand Draft payable at Pathanapuram. The Balance amount of
Rs.95,000/- (Rupees Ninety five thousand only) will be paid
by Demand Draft in the same manner on or before 20.05.2010.
On such payment all the pending cases, appeals and Cross
objection No.17/2009 between the parties will be closed,
including suit O.S.No.347/2007 pending in the Family Court,

Kottarakkara and Criminal Appeal No.1105/2006 pending
before the High Court.
Post on 07.04.2010 to ascertain the compliance of the
order of this settlement.
