Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for condonation of delay in filing the

revision application.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 in the limitation

petition as well as in the admission matter both under ordinary process

and registered cover, for which requisites etc. must be filed within a

period of two weeks, failing which the application as against the

concerned opposite party shall stand rejected without further reference

to a Bench.
