C.B.I., South Bihar, Patna kept at flag ‘A’.

As per report, prosecution evidence

has already been closed and after recording

the statement of accused under Section 313 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure, the case has

been fixed for defence evidence.

The court below has requested to

grant further time for disposal of the

aforesaid trial.

Time to conclude the trial is

extended for further two months.
